28. Check, whether the external auxiliary drives, the
heating water pump and the return flow boost
are switched on.
• functional test pursuant to the plant configuration
29. Test the internal auxiliary drives.
- cooling for the water pump
- fan (direction of rotation, setting of the motor current)
30. Test the synchronization with 0-Volt meter and
starting impulse.
- module control panel: 12K1 switches at zero-crossing
• re-insert fuse 12F1 after successful test
• check, whether alternator contactor connects
31.
Adjust the cos φ, if necessary.
- alternator terminal box on the side:
• cos-φ regulator: P1
adjust cos φ at 50 % load as a minimum
32. Check the start position switches at the Lambda
control valve.
- Lambda control valve in the controlled system for the gas:
- the starting position must be set in such a way that the
Lambda control valve works at approx. 60°
display and operator’s unit of the module control: the menu
“Motor values” at level 1 (see section 4.3) must indicate
approx. 20
–60 mV as Lambda probe voltage
33. Measure the exhaust gas.
-
display and operator’s unit of the module control: display of
the probe voltage in the menu “Motor values” at level 1 (see
section 4.3)
• change the set value of the probe voltage and of the pa-
rameters at level 3 of the module control, if necessary (see
section 4.5)
34. Test the potential-free messages.
- switching diagram, sheet 23
- module control panel: potential-free messages connected
to -
X5 at the client’s request
35. Test the regulation of the floating value.
- switching diagram, sheet 19
- module control panel
• bridge terminal -X1/36.37
• connect the simulator (4–20 mA) to terminal -X1/42.43
• test the variable operating mode at 50–100 % capacity
• remove bridge from terminal -X1/36.37 again
36. Test network break-down/stand-by operation.
- switching diagram, sheet 2
- module control panel
- external power supply
If the plant has been sold for mains-connected operation
only:
• to simulate a breakdown of the grid during operation cut off
the power supply or switch off fuse -1F3
PLEASE NOTE
The module will then switch off after a certain
overtravel time due to a breakdown in the
mains and must re-start on its own after a cer-
tain recovery time of the grid, if fuse 1F3 is re-
connected and after the module has been ex-
ternally selected.
If the plant has been sold for stand-by operations:
• check that the system-tie circuit breaker, the mains stand-
by request and the network measurement have been con-
nected pursuant to sections 5 and 6 below;
mains operations will be released, if terminal -X1/38.39 has
been connected for stand-by operations
