messages (according to client’s request).
- switching diagram, sheet 23
- module control panel: potential-free messages connected to -
X5 in accordance wi
th client’s request
15. Remove fuse 12F1 (alternator contactor 12K4
cannot be activated)
- module control panel
16. Connect the battery.
- check, whether bridge between both batteries is firm
- connect negative terminal last.
17. Switch on the external power input into the
network and the external measuring-circuit
voltage, if power stand-by operations are
planned.
- switch on on-site master switch or on-site mains fuse
18. Check the rotating field of the network and of
the measuring-circuit voltage.
- module control panel
- check rotating field of network at -1F1 and the measuring-
circuit voltage at -1F3
19. Switch on all fuse and circuit-breakers.
- module control panel
20. Check the rotating field and the potential
equality of the measuring-circuit voltage.
- switching diagram, sheet 2
- module control panel
- check rotating field and potential equality of the measuring-
circuit voltage at voltage cards L1N. L2N. L3N.
21. Acknowledge and eliminate any pending fault
messages.
- display an
d operator’s unit of the module control: LED display
(red) of the error message.
- establish and rectify the cause of the fault according to section
4.8
22. Connect the U column to the zero pressure
regulator and the compensation line.
- zero pressure regulator in the controlled system for the gas
- compensation line downstream of the air filter
23. Open the gas cock and start the module in the
manual mode.
