Commissioning instructions for the CHP module
WARNING
The information about the relevant work
during the commissioning is merely
meant to be a memory aid especially for
the authorized specialists who have
been trained by the CHP module manu-
facturer for the commissioning of the
CHP module.
INSTRUCTION
The following documents are required in
addition to these operating instructions:
– a separate protocol about the com-
missioning
– switching and assembly diagrams
according to the purchase order
jobs during the commissioning
documentation, measuring points or set values
1.
Check that the module has been filled with a wa-
ter/anti-freeze mixture and engine lubrication oil
according to the regulations for the operating
resources.
- assembly and commissioning instructions, chapter 5
“Operating supplies“
- enter the product designation of the engine lubrication oil
and anti-freeze agent used into the commissioning proto-
col
2.
Check that the transport locking device has been
removed.
- assembly instructions chapter 3.5
“Removal of the transport locking device“
3.
Check the connecting systems pursuant to com-
missioning protocol.
- cooling water system
- heating system
- gas system
- exhaust gas system
- ventilation system
- lubrication oil system
- cabling
- record the results in the commissioning protocol
4.
Check the connection of the power cables.
- switching diagram, sheet 1
- module control panel: X1/L1.L2.L3 (1Q1) as well as N
and PE or PE-N bridge (Cu rail).
5.
Check the connection of the measuring-circuit
voltage.
- switching diagram, sheet 1
- module control panel:
in the case of parallel operations only: bridge from -
X1/4.5.6 to -X1/7.8.9.
6.
Check the connection of the system-tie circuit
breaker.
- switching diagram, sheet 13
- module control panel:
the messages and
“ON-OFF“ commands for the system-
tie circuit breaker and for selecting the power stand-by (if
necessary) must be activated; if there is no system-tie
circuit breaker, only the message
“System-tie circuit
breaker ON“ must be bridged to terminal -X1/12.13; eve-
rything else remains unconnected
7.
Check the connection for selecting the floating
value or the fixed value.
- switching diagram, sheet 19
- module control panel:
depending on the operating mode, the commands and
the signal for selecting the floating or the fixed value must
be activated
8.
Check the connection for the external emergency
stop.
- switching diagram, sheet 13
- module control panel:
external emergency stop to -X1/10.11, if not existing
bridge to -X1/10.11.
9.
Check the connection for faults caused by knock-
ing.
- switching diagram, sheet 18
- module control panel:
fault caused by knocking to -X1/20.21, if not existing
bridge to -X1/20.21.
