MANAGING THE REMOTE NODES
The VidyoRemote Remote Nodes tab enables you to associate or disassociate the Decoder Nodes with the
Controller Node, identify the Decoder Nodes for each display, and restart or reboot the Decoder Nodes when
you are not in a video call.
To manage the remote nodes:
1.
Select the Admin page Remote Nodes tab.
2.
Select either the
Dynamic Association
or
Static Association
radio buttons:
Select
Dynamic Association
if you want the Decoder Nodes to automatically associate them-
selves with the Controller Node. You’ll know the Decoder Nodes are properly associated with
the Controller Node if each display briefly shows its Decoder Node name and then the screen
goes black.
Select
Static Association
if you want to enter the IP address and node name for every Decoder
Node that you want to associate with the Controller Node.
