Overwriting means that if you look at the Record List Selection screen, for example, after a schedule runs, it
will have exactly the same settings as the Schedule Record List screen. Screens are overwritten each time
any of the eight schedules are run, either manually or automatically. If you want to change settings back to
the pre-schedule condition, either create a new schedule to do so or change the non-schedule screens as
discussed in the appropriate sections of this manual.
Perform the following procedure to define scheduled actions.

2. The first menu item is Last Schedule Used. This field cannot be edited and indicates the most recent
schedule that was used either because 1) a user manually activated a schedule or 2) the system time
reached one of the scheduled times. Proceed to the first schedule setup.
3. Schedules may be defined to run on every occurrence of a day of the week at a specified time or only at
the next occurrence of a day of the week. For example, you may set the schedule to run every Sunday or
the next Sunday after the schedule is defined only. Use the 2-8 keys to schedule the days of the week
(“2” will key in a “S” for Sunday, “3” will key in a “M” for Monday, and so forth. To define that the schedule
will only run once, on the next occurrence of the specified days, use the “1” key to place a “1” in the first
field of the One-Time/Days field. Your One-Time/Days field should not contain a “1” if you want to run the
schedule on every occurrence of the days that you have defined in your schedule. For example, to run
the scheduled actions on every Tuesday and Friday, your One-Time/Days line should display “- - - T - - F
-“. To run the scheduled actions on just the next Tuesday and Friday, “1 - - T - - F -“ should display.
4. Set the hours in 24-hour (military) time. Proceed to the Minutes line and set the minutes.
Note: Each of the following steps must be performed. Actions defined on the following four screens will take
place each time this schedule is used. If you do not want a particular action to be performed, make
sure that it is disabled by checking the settings on the appropriate screen.
