Launching a reflectometry test and displaying results

Performing OTDR acquisitions

User Manual

700MAN201 Rev. 002

The red indicator goes on to show that the product is in process of acquisition and
the screen displays the trace in process of acquisition.

The quality of the connection is displayed for a few
seconds (see

Table 3 on page 41

)

Then, a bar graph shows elapsed and remaining acquisition time.

At the end of the acquisition, a beep is emitted, the trace is displayed and an automatic
measurement is started.
