Chapter 2 Meter Setup
Specifying user information
The Customer Information menu allows you to enter specific information related to the
technician using the Companion. This information is used when synchronizing with the
StrataSync server.
Go to the
Meter Settings menu and enter the Customer Name and ID.
NOTE:
Restoring factory defaults resets test application settings,
profiles, and clears reports.
IMPORTANT:
Your Customer Name and ID should be set at the factory.
If you don't see your company info here, enter your
company's StrataSync Account ID in the Customer ID field.
The Customer Name should then update automatically.
1. From the Meter Settings menu, select Restore Factory Defaults . A prompt
appears indicating that all settings will be restored to factory defaults.
2. Press OK to restore the factory default settings.
3. Settings are restored to their factory default values. You must reboot your
instrument for the factory defaults to take effect.
