B. INSTALLING STEM ON STEERER TUBE (

Reinstall the fork in the head tube according to the steps in Chapter 1, Section A.
“DETERMINING FIT”, page 6 . Be careful not to move the compression ring, keep it
properly seated in the upper headset bearing.

through the spacer stack, then place the spacer stack on
the steerer tube. The spacers are keyed to align with the compression ring and the stem.

steerer tube.

out the front of the stem.

using a M3 x 0.5mm x 8mm countersunk Allen bolt

and 2mm Allen key.

To prevent wire damage, the wire

brake cable stops.
