Boiler structure
The main part of the boiler is
a cast-iron sectional boiler drum
made of grey cast iron according to ČSN EN 1561.
The boiler design meets the requirements for firmness according to ČSN 07 0240 and ČSN EN 297.
The boiler power is given by the number of sections. Separate sections are connected by means of pressed-on insertions
47 mm (length - 36
mm, angle -
1°45") and fixed with help of anchoring bolts, which creates a combustion chamber, a convective surface and inside of the sections
- a water volume of the boiler. The design of the convective surface enables mechanical cleaning-up of the boiler drum with the attached brush.
The input and the input of heating water in the rear part is equipped with 1" pipes. A discharge valve is placed on the return water connection.
At installation, it is necessary to mount an air-relief valve on the output of heating water that is a part of standard delivery. The entire boiler
drum is insulated with health harmlessness mineral insulation that decreases losses by heat transmission into the environment.
A
built-in draught diverter
with an orifice for chimney pipe installation is fixed to the upper part of the boiler drum with help of bolts. The
draught diverter is equipped with a demountable cover for cleaning-up.
The boiler drum is installed on
a steel support
which closes the burner space from the bottom side. It contains a protective cover from anti-
corrosion sheet-metal steel and thermal insulation.
The steel cladding of the boiler is painted with high-quality komaxit painting.
The atmospheric burner
consisted of low-emission oval-shaped burner pipes of new type is made of anti-corrosion steel with high operation
life-time. Particular pipes are fixed on the burner board with help of four bolts. For 2- and 3-section versions of the boiler,

pipes are used and for 4- and 5-sections versions -
VI OVO 1E
burner pipes. The pipes only differ from each other by the perforation width. As
a scale for evaluation of ecological and economical of heat production, there are used emission norms, directives, and regulations. The burner
pipes represent a modern special burner system that:

significantly save the environment;
-
emission values are significantly lower than those very strict ones specified by directive of Ministry of Environment of Czech Republic No.
05/97 for "Ecologically friendly product with requirements for granting of trademark" as well as with requirements of the border of "Blue
angel".
A progressive structure of the
burner
enables to fully close the combustion chamber of the boiler; whole air needed for combustion is brought
into the burner pipes through diffusers. A gas distributor with gas nozzles is fixed to the burner board.
The stationary low-temperature boiler is offered with a safety and control automatics with an ignition pilot burner.
