10.2

Mounting procedure

1.

Put  the  boiler  on  the  required  standpoint

(it  is  necessary  to  respect  the  demands  on  boiler  positioning  stated  in  chapter  9.2)

according  to  the project  documentation

.  We  recommend  transporting  the  boiler  to  the  determined  standpoint  on  a  pallet,  preferably

still wrapped in protective packing. If this is not possible due to the lack of space, convey the boiler without the packing holding it by its
base plate.

In no case is allowed to lift the boiler by the heating water pipe or the gas pipe.

The boiler has to stay firmly on a non-

flammable pad in the vertical position and has to be sufficiently balanced.

2.

Mount the TE branch,

to the heating water output,

mount the discharge valve

to the heating water input,

 mount the automatic air-

relief valve

to the heating water output (fig. No. 23). The parts are delivered with the boiler.

3.

Connection to the heating system

is to be performed according to the project documentation.

4.

Assemble the horizontal draught diverter, mount the sensor of the flue gases reverse flow safety device.

The parts are delivered

with the boiler.

5.

It is forbidden to exclude from operation the flue gases reverse flow safety device. It is forbidden to intervene unprofessionally
into the flue gases reverse flow safety device. To mount the flue gases reverse flow safety device and replace their defect parts,
only original parts delivered by the manufacturer must be used.

6.

Perform connection to the chimney.

7.

Perform installation of the water heater (if required).

To ensure preferential hot water heating, we recommend using the

Honeywell V

4044F

three-way valve. Mount a backflow valve between the pump and the three-way valve. During mounting, it is necessary to observe

the direction of connection according to the designation on this valve.

Fig.  No.21  shows  the  valve  in  a  position  when  the  heating  water  supply  to  the  heating  system  is  opened.  In  case  of  requirements  for
domestic hot water, the output "B" into the heating system is automatically closed and the output "A" into the reservoir is opened.

The valve has to be mounted in the position shown in fig. No. 25 and 26.
During mounting, no rotation of the valve is allowed!

8.

Connecting the boiler to the gas connection.

Connecting gas to the boiler

by means of a spherical shut-off valve.

9.

Release  the air-relief  screw  of  the automatic  air-relief  valve.

It  must  be  released  at  water  filling  into  the heating system, as well as

during boiler operation.
