Power adjustment procedure for G42 ECO XZX1
XTH boiler (1° gas valve)
1.
Put the boiler into operation.
2.
Measure the gas input pressure.
3.
Connect the manometer (the U-shaped pipe) to the measuring point of the output gas overpressure on the compact electromagnetic
valve.
4.
Using the inner adjusting screw, adjust the needed gas overpressure on the gas pressure regulator on the valve. By turning clockwise,
the gas overpressure is being increased, otherwise - decreased. The power can be set on the basis of a customer's request to a value
according table No. 3 (each size may be set in a range between the low and nominal power).
5.
If the set values do not correspond to the required ones, repeat the whole process.

11.3.3
Regulation of smooth starting-up (start mode setting)
The Honeywell VK 4100Q 2003 valve is set by the manufacturer to the slowest start-up (see fig. No. 32
– the MIN curve). If you need to change
the opening characteristics, it is possible to perform setting according to the following points and fig. No. 32:
1.
Demount the black cap (see fig. No. 29 - regulation of smooth starting-up), which has a bayonet thread.
2.
Under the cap, there is a red button shaped as an arrow.
3.
If the arrow is turned in the direction opposite to the gas flow, then the start-up is slowest (the MIN curve)
4.
If the arrow is turned in the direction corresponding to the gas flow, then the start-up is quickest (the MAX curve)
