The rim height of the disc that you are
mounting has to be in the range of 10
to 10.3 mm. Otherwise the blank
change process might fail and
machining may be aborted.
f. Insert the desired disc into the blank frame.
g. If the disc has been marked for remounting,
rotate the disc until the marking is aligned
with the corresponding recesses (marked
orange) in the blank frame (


h. To place the blank frame cover, position the
recesses (marked blue) of the cover on the
positioning pins (marked orange) of the blank
frame. Make sure that the cover is flush with
the bottom part of the blank frame.

The cover is held in place by magnets. The disc is
mounted to the blank frame.
6. To mount a blank frame or block holder to the
blank magazine, do the following:
a. With one hand keep pressed the blank frame
release, with the other hand pick up the blank
frame or block holder.
b. Orientate it so that the fixing screws face you
and the clamping bolt (marked orange) is in
the lower left corner.
c. Push the blank frame or block holder into the
blank magazine slot at the change position
and hold it in place. The clamping bolt must
lie completely in the recess.

d. Remove the other hand from the blank frame
release.
7. Check if the blank frame or block holder is immob-
ilized in the blank magazine slot. Otherwise remove
it and repeat the previous step.
The blank or designated holder can be loaded into
the working chamber.
