The electro-hydraulic pressing tool SPM32 is exclusively used for the production of a per-
manent connection between tubes and press fittings in all common types of material,
such as PE-X-, miltilayer composite and metal systems. The tool is only suitable for manu-
al operation and after a series of approx. 40-50 press cycles, it must be allowed to cool
down for about 10 minutes. See table on page 24 for the corresponding range of applica-
tion. The hydraulic powered compression tool may be used exclusively in environments
with illumination of at least 400 lux, or in daylight.

Caution:
In case of non-observation of the safety instructions there is danger to life
and health or it can cause material damage to the machine and the surrounding
environment!

Caution:
Never place fingers or other parts of the body into the working area of the
pressing jaws!

Caution:
Keep other people, particularly unauthorized people, away from the wor-
king area during the operation with the battery-powered tool!

Caution:
Wear appropriate workwear, gloves and safety shoes!

Inspect the battery powered tool for any possible damages. Only take
trouble-free working machines into use!

Caution:
If situations of danger for persons or for the machine occur during operati-
on, stop the pressing tool by pressing the reset button.

The battery powered tool SPM32 is not suitable for continuous operation.

Caution:
Accessing the danger zone of the pressing tool is only permissible when the
tool is completely opened and the battery removed.

Caution:
Inspect the danger zone before starting operation with the tool. Only start
operation if no hazards result from it and if no person is in the danger zone of the
pressing tool.

Caution:
The battery shall only be removed when the hydraulic battery powered
press tool has been shut down safely.

Caution:
During work performed at heights the tool must be adequately secured to
prevent it from falling.
