Using your Vertu phone
4. Press the [Concierge] key on the right side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [6] key to measure the first intermediate split time.

The second hand of the analogue clock shown at the bottom of the display
continues moving and the first measurement result of intermediate split time
appears at the top right of the display.
5. Repeat Step 4 as necessary to measure intermediate split time up to 20
times.
>
During split time measurement, the second hand of the analogue clock shown
at the bottom of the display continues moving. The measurement results of
intermediate split time are added to the top right of the display, in turn, each
time Step 4 is repeated.
6. Press the [Camera] key on the left side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [4] key to stop all measurements.

The measurement results can be saved. To save the results, select
Save
,
enter a title as necessary, then select
Save
again.
7. Press the [Concierge] key on the right side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [6] key to reset the measurement results.
Lap timing
1. From the stand-by display, select
Menu » Time » Stopwatch
.
2. Select
Options » Lap timing
.
3. Press the [Camera] key on the left side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [4] key to start the stopwatch.

The second hand of the analogue clock shown at the bottom of the display
begins to move and measurement is started. The digital clock shown on the
top left of the display also starts to count.
4. Press the [Concierge] key on the right side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [6] key to measure the first lap time.

The second hand of the analogue clock shown at the bottom of the display is
reset (the digital clock is also reset to 00 hours, 00 minutes, and 00 seconds),
and the next lap time measurement is immediately started. The first result of
the lap time measurement appears at the top right of the display.
5. Repeat Step 4 as necessary to measure lap times up to 19 times.

During lap time measurement, the second hand of the clock is returned to the
start position followed by the start of new lap time measurement each time
Step 4 is repeated. The results of the lap time measurement are added to the
top right of the display, each in turn.
6. Press the [Camera] key on the left side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [4] key to stop all measurements.

The measurement results can be saved. To save the results, select
Save
,
enter a title as necessary, then select
Save
again.
7. Press the [Concierge] key on the right side of your Vertu phone or the
Number [6] key to reset the measurement results.
Checking measurement results
Take the following steps to check or delete split times or lap times recorded
so far.
1. From the stand-by display, select
Menu » Time » Stopwatch
.
2. To check past records, select
Options » Show last
or
View times
. To
delete the records, press
Delete times
.
Network mode
Dual mode (3G + GSM) is set as the default network mode. This mode
automatically selects a connectable 3G (WCDMA) or GSM network.
Dual mode first searches for a 3G (WCDMA) network. If no 3G (WCDMA)
network is available, it will then search for a GSM network.
If you prefer using a GSM network when using your Vertu phone in a
country outside Japan, you can switch the network mode using the
following menu:

Menu » Settings » Phone » Network mode
.
