If the gateway firmware needs to be updated, follow this procedure:

Select File

2.

Navigate to find and choose the correct firmware zip file provided by Vertiv. See 7.2.2 on the previous page.

NOTE: The firmware zip file is an encrypted file and it cannot be unzipped by any Windows utility.

3.

Select the encrypted zip file and upload.
