INITIALLY STARTING AND CHECKING RECTIFIER
OPERATION

Initially Starting the Rectifier

1. Apply rectifier AC input power to the system by closing the external AC disconnect or protective
device. The rectifier automatically starts.

Checking System Status

Procedure
1. Observe the s

tatus of the rectifier’s local indicators. If operating normally, the status of these is

as shown in Table 6. See Figure 29 for location.

2. Ensure the front door is securely closed and the screws are torqued to 29 Kgf cm (2.9 Nm) (25 in-
lbs).
