VENTING INSTALLATION

OPTIONAL TOP VENT APPLICATION

The appliance is shipped as a rear vent unit. If the installa-
tion layout requires the unit to be a top vent confi guration
the appliance can be converted by following the steps
below.

When removing and refi tting the plates be sure the associ-
ated gaskets are undamaged and refi tted as required.

1. Remove the rear plate by removing one (1) screw. Set

aside.

2. Remove the plate with the 7" collar and gasket by re-

moving eight (8) screws. Set aside.

3. Remove the plate with the 4" collar and gasket by re-

moving four (4) screws. Set aside.

4. Remove the top plate located on top of the unit by re-

moving one (1) screw. Set aside.

5. Remove one (1) screw to remove the inner top plate

located on top directly beneath the plate just removed.
Break away the 7" circle using a screwdriver and rein-
stall.
