11.3 After Sales
There are no user serviceable parts inside the pump. Repairs
can only be carried out by the manufacturer or authorised
service centre.
11.3.1 Returning the pump to the service
centre
Obtain prior authorisation and returns advice number (for
tracking purposes) before return of the pump.

Verder Ltd. are not liable for the cost of transportation.
All Ds500 cartridges are excluded.
Ensure that:
Pump has cooled down
Cartridge removed
Pump is decontaminated
11.3.2 Ordering spare parts
For trouble-free replacement in the event of a fault, it
is recommended to keep a stock of spare parts. For a
current list of spare parts, please contact:
