How to clean the Catch Tray
(This tray must be cleaned out after every 250
minutes of machine use!)
Pull off Platen from Main Motor shaft.

Locate the Removable Catch Tray.

Pull up on the outer edges of the tray.
3.
Remove tray from machine.
4.
Rinse under warm water. Wipe away any

build up of Buffing Solution with a wet
paper towel, napkin, or by hand.
Clean tray until all visible signs of build

Make sure that the Removable Catch

Tray is dry before reinstalling into the
machine.
Install the Removable Catch Tray.

Reinstall the Platen onto the Main Motor

If the catch tray is cleaned prior to “CC”
error message then no further action is
required.
Resume normal operation.

What to do when the Hybrid will not be used
for an extended period of time:

Buffing Pads will not become flat.
Note: If you desire to keep the “Top Cover” in
