CX350 to CX180R
Once the connection is established, the CX350 unit is able to do the following:
Remotely monitors activities on all 10 nodes that are connected to a CX180R in IGM Scan Monitor mode.
Remotely performs on-demand return path spectrum analysis
Remotely performs on-demand testing of return path QAM analysis
Remotely performs return path alignment with CW signal generated by USG in CX350
To set up connection through Remote View:
1. Under Advanced Tools, press Remote Operations. Then Press Remote View.
2. From the Remote View Setup page:
For Responder Type, select CX180R.
Select IP address of the CX180R-IGM system.
Select "Management" to enter and store a list of CX180R-IGM systems.
Enter the IP port to be used by the CX350.
Select the Port number of the IGM system to be used, from Port 1 to 10.
