It is only possible to configure the input amplification during a telephone call.
To do this, select “Input” under “Telephone –> Input” and make the correct set-
tings for the muting signal.

If the telephone output is distorted decrease the value of the input amplification.

Information about the software and hardware version (for service purposes).
Settings: No settings available.

Submenu for configuring and testing the system during installation (also see installa-
tion instructions).
Settings:

Syst. status
: Displays information on the GPS reception (GPS status, number of satel-
lites), the speedometer signal (speed impulses), the temperature in the unit and the
direction signal (forwards/ backwards).

Direction
: Adapting the switch input for direction detection.
High
: “Active high” backwards signal (12 V).
Low
: “Active low” backwards signal (0 V).

Speaker test
: Confirm to start the speaker test. A sound should be heard on all four
loudspeakers, one after another.

Mount. angle
: Adapting the unit to the mounting position in the vehicle. Also see in-
stallation instructions.

Car position
: Display of current vehicle position (street, country code and city as well
as the GPS position). The city and street will only be displayed if the vehicle is on a
digitised road.

Service
Code-protected menu for the analysis of hard and software problems (only for author-
ised service personnel).
