The tachograph cards
Four different chip cards specify who can access
specific DTCO

digital data.
Driver cards
save driver activities, events, faults and
vehicle changes.
The
company card
authorises vehicle data to be
downloaded from the mass memory.
The
control card
enables authorities to access data
for legal purposes.
The
workshop card
switches on the calibration func-
tion of the DTCO
®
– and it can also be used as a driver
card for testing and inspection purposes.
The validity of a card may differ according to the region
in which it is being used and any relevant regulation
must be adhered to.
