6. Emergency Measures
In instances of abnormal operation, error messages will be displayed on the LCD
panel. If a problem persists, please request assistance from the customer support
information services.
Error Messages
Error Code Cause Actions to be taken
E01
The connection between
the panel board and the
inverter board is bad.
Turn off the power and check the
connection between the panel board
and the inverter board.
If the connection is normal but the
error still occurs, contact the service
center.
E02
The connection between
the mono-tank block and
the inverter board is bad.
Recycle the power of the equipment
by turning it off and on. If the error
still occurs, contact the service
center.
E03
The current flows above
the maximum current
allowed when the inverter
is activated (when you
perform the irradiation).

E08
The mono-tank block
temperature exceeds the
error limit (50 degrees).
Turn off the equipment, let the mono-
tank block cool down sufficiently and
turn on the equipment again (error
limit: 50 degrees).
E09
The high voltage current is
abnormal during X-ray
irradiation.
Recycle the power of the equipment
by turning it off and on. If the error
still occurs, contact the service
center.
E10
The X-ray On command
was not recognized.
The error is reset after 10 seconds.
After the reset, you can perform the
irradiation. If the error continues,
contact the service center.
E11
The X-ray Off command
was not issued within 0.5
seconds after irradiation
(after the exposure switch
was turned off). That is, the
X-ray Off command was
not recognized.
Turn off the equipment and check if
the exposure switch is connected
properly. If the switch is connected
properly but the error still occurs,
contact the service center.
E12
The kV feedback is lower
than the set value by more
than – 20 kV during X-ray
irradiation. Recycle the power of the equipment
by turning it off and on. If the error
still occurs, contact the service
center.
