POSITION FOR THE FIFTH STAGE (UNIT 2)

The position for the fifth stage (unit 2) sets the
air inlet position when the fifth stage begins to
operate.

Adjusting the position for the fifth stage
(unit 2):

•

rotate the Selector dial to position (12),

•

rapidly rotate the Adjustor dial back and
forth to enter secondary function mode,

•

rotate the Selector dial to position (9),

•

rotate the Adjustor dial counterclockwise to
decrease the position for fifth stage, and
clockwise to increase it.

The position for the fifth stage (unit 2) is
displayed on the DIP-1/115 and is adjusted in
opening percentage.

Example: As shown at page 19, this function is not
available because the fifth stage on the ECS-4M is not
available. The DIP-1/115 displays “---”.
