Troubleshooting

Why is the device disconnected from the application center?

This is usually caused by invalid IP and port number of the data center. Please
check if the IP address and port number of the data center are valid and correctly
input.

Sometimes this happens when you eject the SIM card and re-insert it to the SIM
slot during use. You can navigate to
Device Manage
, and reboot the device to
solve this issue (no more actions needed after reboot).
