Navigate to the Status menu to check the connection details.
Description of the numbered areas:

The connection status between the DTU and the base station indicates whether
the activated SIM card is properly inserted into the SIM slot;
(2)
Please check if you have input the correct IP address and port number of the data
center if the connection status between the base station and the application
center fails;
