Inspection and Maintenance Programs
The Brawley ™ is a Zero Emissions Vehicle
and is exempt from Federal Emissions
Standards and California Emissions
Standards.
If the vehicle requires a Safety Inspection/
Maintenance test, the test equipment will
likely connect to the vehicle's Data Link
Connector (DLC).
The DLC is located under the dashboard
to the left of the steering wheel.
Connecting devices not used to perform
an inspection/ maintenance test or to
service the vehicle may affect vehicle
operation and potentially void your
vehicles warranty .
The vehicle may not pass safety
inspections, where required, if the
check engine light is on when the
vehicle is powered on. Contact your
Vanderhall ™ dealer if the vehicle’s
check engine light is illuminated, will
not pass or cannot be made ready for
the test.
