RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER
▪ No warranty coverage is provided by Vanderhall NA unless the customer and dealer complete and return all Warranty
Registration Forms to Vanderhall NA within seven (7) days after delivery of the vehicle to the original purchaser.
▪ The customer must notify the Vanderhall NA dealer from which the vehicle was purchased of any claimed defect within fifteen
(15) days after first detecting the claimed defect. Warranty work in excess of $500 requires Vanderhall NA’s prior written approval.
▪ If the dealer fails to satisfactorily repair the claimed defect within fifteen (15) days, written notice to the address below or online
at https://dealer.vanderhallusa.com/contact must then be promptly given directly to Vanderhall NA. Vanderhall NA is not
responsible for unreported warranted defects.
▪ The vehicle, including any claimed defective part, must be returned to the Vanderhall NA dealer from which the vehicle was
purchased (or to another dealer or facility as directed by Vanderhall NA) within the warranty period for inspection and warranty
service. The expense of returning and transporting the vehicle or any part for warranty service, and the expense of returning and
transporting it back to the owner after repair or replacement, is the responsibility of the owner, and will not be reimbursed by
Vanderhall NA.
▪ If the dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased is no longer an authorized Vanderhall NA dealer, contact Vanderhall NA for
instructions on how to obtain warranty service.
