DAILY INSPECTION
The PTT-100V has the function to regularly inspect the peel strength measurement ability. By carrying out
this inspection every day before the testing, the correct performance of the measuring device will be ensured.

Remove the grip on the measurement-side as in the
right illustration. Press the button. The grip
moves to the set up position of the inspection.

The below message will be shown on the display.
5 Before pressing the button, set the tension
spring set jig and tension spring referring to the
following directions.

Set tension spring setting jig
Close the lever of the other clamp.
Open the hook and set the jig through the grip jaw.
Close the hook.
1 Access the menu in the right procedure.

The display now shows the right screen.

Caution
The spring constant may vary due to the secular change. Please take sufficient care to the
preservation environment of the spring.
Attention
The unit display for the daily inspection is fix to “mm, N” regardless of the unit setting set with MENU
