NG 51 MAX LOWER
PUSH SET UP KEY
UPPER : Displayed when the strength exceeds the set upper limit
LOWER : Displayed when the strength is below the set lower limit
1 Follow the direction of “7-1-1 Perform visual
inspection with VIU” on page 27

When the VIU inspection result is “FAIL,” the
inspection is complete. The ADMIN password
will be required when logged in as Operator
and the ADMIN ID is activated.

When the VIU inspection result is “PASS,” the
machine will show the display for PTT (peel
tensile test) automatically. Perform the peel test
referring to “7-1-2 Perform peel tensile testing
with PTT” on page 28
.
When the test result is out of the set pass/fail limit criteria, the below display will be shown.
e.g.) The maximum peel strength measured with a specimen is lower than the set lower limit
Press the button when the above is displayed on the screen.
If you press the button, the display will return to the counter display that shows the clock. When the
ADMIN ID is activated and logged in as Operator ID, the screen to input the ADMIN password will be
displayed to cancel the error.
