6.

Detach base plate from sensor body. Check the sealing ring in the sensor body,

replace it if necessary.

7.

Pull the sensor body and measurement head loose from each other.

8.

Temperature sensor (figure above on the left): Detach the sensor with a 10 mm

fork spanner). Detach the tightening screw (A) and plastic ferrule (B) from the

sensor.

9.

Pressure sensor (figure above on the right): Detach the sensor with a 17 mm fork

spanner).

Installing temperature sensor:

1.

Place the tightening screw and plastic ferrule gently on the thread on measuring

head.

2.

Apply a small amount of heat conductive paste on the Pt-100 sensor tip.

3.

Push the sensor through its insertion parts all the way in.

4.

Tighten the tightening screw so that it secures the sensor in position.

5.

Push the cables through the base plate and press sensor body back on the

measurement head.

6.

Turn the sensor upright, put the base plate on the sensor body and align the long

mounting bolts to their holes in the measurement head.

7.

Tighten the bolts.

8.

Insert the cables to their grooves in the 4-position lead-through packing and make

sure the rubber seals are correctly in position. Push the packing into its hole and

tighten it enough to make sure that the cables will not slip through and the

connection is tight.

9.

Position the electronics and press gently until the mounting screw heads are

aligned with the threaded holes on the base plate.

10.

First turn the mounting screws (4 pcs) by hand, and then tighten them with a

screwdriver when you are sure that they go correctly into the threads.

11.

Connect the power, pressure sensor and temperature sensor cables to

electronics.

12.

Connect the antenna cables to electronics. Tighten the connectors with the SMA

torque wrench to torque 1 Nm. 

Do not over-tighten!

13.

Connect the sensor cable. Make sure that the green LED begins to blink,

indicating that the software is running.

14.

Install the sensor cover.
