Introduction
Regeneration
mode
Operating mode of the vacuum pump, when
the pump unit is dried by ambient air sucked in
at reduced pump speed.
Check valve
(internal)
Internal valve for safe operation of the vacuum
pump. No vacuum‑tight switch‑off when the
vacuum pump stops.
Sealing gas
Ambient air drawn in by the vacuum pump
to protect the drive side of the vacuum pump
from pumped media.

communication between peripheral devices
