3. Click on "Continue" --> "Install". Enter user name and password for Mac computer,
Click on "Install Software" --> "Close" to finish installation.
4. Close Safari and open again to repeat step 1 to open the Web Client login page.
5.3 WEB CLIENT MANAGER
The web client supports to fully control the HVR with administrator account. Please make sure to protect your user name &
password for preventing illegal login.
5.4 WEB INTERFACE HVR ACCESSING VIA IP ADDRESS, URL OR URMET DDNS ACCOUNT
Follow the instructions for configuring and accessing the web pages of the device on Internet Explorer. The web can be
accessed in three ways:
o
Direct access via LAN: start Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of the HVR and the HTTP port of the HVR
on the address bar as follows: http://IP Address:HTTP Port (e.g. http://192.168.36.40:85). If the HTTP port of the
HVR is 80, only the IP address of the HVR needs to be entered as follows: http://IP Address (e.g.
http://192.168.36.40).
o
Direct access via URMET DDNS web portal: start Internet Explorer and enter the address of the URMET portal
on the address bar: http://www.urmetddns.com
o
Direct Internet access with URL of other DDNS accounts: start Internet Explorer and enter the URL address and
HTTP port associated to the HVR on the address bar (e.g. http://urmetvcc.no-ip.org:81). If the HTTP port of the
HVR is 80, only the URL of the HVR needs to be entered as follows: http://IP Address (e.g. http://urmetvcc.no-
ip.org).
In order to Active X installation please refer to Appendix.
One of the two pages will appear below after having installed Active X according to the type of access:
Direct access to the device Access via URMET DDNS portal
Fill in the required fields in both cases: User Name, Password and Client Port. Then select the language and
stream type.
For access via the URMET DDNS portal only, enter the HVR ID previously created in the HVR menu.
