DS1033-124
In 1033/471 model, if incoming calls are disabled, the GSM module is turned off and it is automatically
activated again, when it is necessary to perform an alarm call. In this way the current consumption is
reduced: this is very useful when the alarm control panel that supplies the dialer is powered by the
backup battery. The GSM module operates in a similar way in 1033/472 model, with the following
parameters con
fi
gurations: parameter 503 = 0 or parameter 503
≠
0 and parameter 508 = 0.
Trunk access code for PABX
: if the telephone dialer is connected to the PSTN line by a PABX, it is
possible to con
fi
gure the trunk line access code, that will be automatically dialled before the programmed
telephone numbers.
Telephone channel priority
: with the telephone dialer 1033/472 model, equipped with both PSTN and
GSM modules, it is possible to select which of them will be used for the alarm message sending. If the
priority telephone channel is not available (for example for a line failure or for no GSM
fi
eld), when it is
necessary to send an alarm message, the telephone dialer will automatically use the other channel.
Call delay
: it determines the input activation time before an alarm signalling is generated. The correct
con
fi
guration of this parameter allows to avoid false alarm signalling, because, for example, the user has
forgotten to disarm the alarm system.
Call cycles
: it determines how many times the call cycle is repeated. The call cycle includes the sequential
call of the telephone numbers associated to the call diversion function and associated to the alarmed
input.
In the the following table are shown the telephone parameters, the allowed values and the default values.
