Die Uponor Hand-
presszange MLC durch
vollständiges Schließen
der beiden Zangenhe-
bel entriegeln.
Zangenkopf (1) mittels
Schwenkhebel (5)
öffnen.
Wechseleinsatz-Verrie-
gelung (2) drücken.
Uponor Wechselein-
satz MLC (6) in die
Backenaufnahme des
Zangenkopfes (1) mit-
tig mit leichtem Druck
einsetzen und Wechsel-
einsatz-Verriegelung
(2) loslassen.
Wechseleinsatz-Ver-
riegelung (2) muss
einrasten, sodass
Wechseleinsatz im Zan-
genkopf fest fixiert ist.
Arbeitsschritt für das
Einsetzen des zweiten
Uponor Wechseleinsat-
zes MLC wiederholen.
Prüfen, ob die beiden
Uponor Wechseleinsät-
ze MLC korrekt verras-
tet sind, d.h. mittig in
der Aufnahme sitzen.
Die Uponor Hand-
presszange MLC mit
den Uponor Wechsel-
einsätzen MLC einer
Dimension (siehe
Gravur auf den Uponor
Wechseleinsätzen MLC,
z. B. U 16) ist einsatz-
bereit.
Close both handles of
the Uponor manual
pressing tool MLC
completely to release
the mechanism.
Move the turning lever
(5) to open the head
of the tool (1).
Press the insert locking
mechanism (2).
Place the insert (6)
with small pressure in
the centre of the jaw
mounting on the head
of the tool (1) and
release the insert
locking mechanism (2).
The insert locking
mechanism (2) must
lock in place, indicat-
ing that the Uponor
insert MLC is correctly
fixed to the head of
the tool.
Repeat step 2 to insert
the second insert.
Verifying, if both
Uponor inserts MLC
are locked in place
correctly, i.e. located in
centre of the retainer.
The Uponor manual
pressing tool MLC with
the Uponor inserts
MLC of one dimen-
sion (see markings on
Uponor inserts MLC,
e.g. U 16) is now ready
for use.
