Dispatching Attendance
The Uni Voice Pager Console pro-
vides dispatching record for ad-
ministrators to analyze dispatching
efficiency.
Step1.Login as administrator
Step2.Select ”Responder Attendance” under “Statisti-
cal Report”
Step3.In function area the user will see 10 blocks,
which are:
A.
Index
- Indicates the number of each message.
B.
Message ID
- Indicates the message serial num-
ber.
C.
Paging Time
- Indicates the message sending
time.
D.
Event Category
- Indicates the sent message’s
classification.
E.
Title
-Indicates the title of the message.
F.
Required ACK
- Indicates the required ACK num-
ber for the message.
G.
Received ACK
- Indicates the received ACK num-
ber for the message.
H.
Read ACK
-Indicates the read ACK number for
the message.
I.
Manual ACK
- Indicates the manual ACK number
for the message.
J.
Attendance
- Indicates the attendance record of
the designated message.
