Step3.There are 3 columns in function area, which are:
A.
Index
- An index of the canned acknowledge mes-
sage.
B. Canned Message - Title of the canned ACK mes-
sage.
C. Remark - Notation regarding each canned ACK
message.
Step4.In Canned ACK Message function, the users are
allowed to add, edit or delete the canned mes-
sages.
4-1. Add a New Canned Message - Click “Add” and
a new blank column will be displayed. You are al-
lowed to add new canned message.
The users can start typing the message content in
the field and the message remark. If you want like
to add new message continuously, just press “En-
ter” after remark.
4-2. Edit the Canned message - The users are allowed
to edit their equipment information in the desig-
nated column.

Delete Canned message
- Click “Delete” to waive
out the caned message, and click “Confirm”
A box will pop out to confirm if you want to save
the data, click “Yes” to save, or click “No” to go
back to the function.
Click “End Operation” to exit.
