Setting Up the Vertical System 

 
CH1, CH2 and setups 

Each channel has its own vertical menu. You should set up each item for each channel 
individually. Press the [CH1] or [CH2] function button and the system will display the 
operation menu for CH1 or CH2. For explanatory notes please see Table 2-1 below :

attenuation factor to keep the vertical deflection 
factor reading correct. There are four values :
