8. Disposal
When disposing of the vacuum pump, follow the laws and the regulations of local government.
Especially after the exhaust of toxic gas, please ask a professional company to dispose of the pump.
Note that the disposal cost shall be borne by the customer.
(1) Especially after the exhaust of hazardous gas on a human body,
please ask a professional company to dispose of the pump. Not only
the pump body but also the pump oil become toxic.
(2) For the disposal, follow the "Disposal Precautions" in the Material
Safety Data Sheet.
