Self test failed
Disconnect the device from the vehicle and the mains.
Then start the charging process again. If the error
should occur again, send the charger to the dealer
for repair.
ERROR 7
Under voltage
(input voltage below 180 V
for 5 sec.)
Autorecovery of the charging process if the voltage
increases to over 190 V within 5 seconds.
ERROR 8
Over Voltage
(input voltage is over 275 V
for 5 seconds)
Automatic restart of the charging process if the
voltage decreases to below 265 V within 5 seconds.
ERROR 9
Relay contact error
Disconnect the device from the car and the mains.
Then start the charging process again.
ERROR 10
Internal component error
(relay)
Disconnect the device from the vehicle and the mains.
Send the charger to the dealer for repair.
ERROR 11
The charging cable
temperature is too high
(over 80°C)
Automatic restart of the charging process if the cable
temperature falls below 70°C.

PE test failed
Check protective conductor and PE cable.

CP voltage is incorrect
Disconnect the device from the vehicle.
Then start the charging process again.

Disconnect the device from the vehicle.
Then start the charging process again.

Phase error
Disconnect the device from the vehicle and the
mains. Check all connections. Then start the charging
process again.

Loss of phase
Disconnect the device from the vehicle and the
mains. Check all connections. Then start the charging
process again.
ERROR 19
RS485 Master error
Only one device can be set as the Master.
ERROR 20
RS485 Slave error
Connection with the Master
charger is lost.
Check the RS485 cable and make sure that the
Master charger is switched on.
ERROR 21
RS485 address error
Check setting It is possible that the PCB needs to be
replaced.
ERROR 22
Check voltage
Disconnect the device from the car and the mains.
Then start the charging process again. If the error
should occur again, send the charger to the dealer
for repair.
