OPERATION

Clean carefully the ﬁber with a piece of soft cloth
or gauze soaked in alcohol. Dust on the ﬁber coating
surface may increase attenuation and cause the ﬁber
break after the heating of sleeve.

Insert the ﬁber into the sleeve.

Use high quality ethyl-alcohol with higher than ��% purity.
