Step 8: Front Mud Guard
a.
Insert the front mud guard between fork
lowers. Using one M5 x 30mm bolt, two M5
washers and one M5 nut, bolt the top mount
plate to the bridge.
b.
Using M6 x 25mm bolts, M6 washers and M6
nuts, fasten the stays of the mud guard to the
fork lowers.

Step 9: Rear Wheel
TIP:
It is helpful to have a 10mm spanner on hand
to help with aligning the motor axle with the
dropout during wheel installation.
a.
Remove the brake calliper spacers from the rear
brake callipers.
Avoid activating brakes until
wheels are installed.
If you intend to remove the wheels for transport,
keep the spacers somewhere safe.
c.
Remove the two torque arm plates from the rear
wheel axle and set aside.
b.
Position the rear wheel in between the swing
arm lowers on the rear of the bike. The brake
disk should be on the left-hand side of the bike.
Ensure the two 5mm washers are positioned
hard against the shoulders on either side of the
wheel hub.
