It is possible to select 2 different economy
programmes during a 10-second period after
the main switch has been turned on.
A back-up function stores the selected econo-
my programme for 15 minutes in the event of
a power failure.
Activation of economy
programme 1, 5 days / 7 hours.
Turn the main switch off, i.e. the temperature
setting knob must be in protruding position.
Push the knob in again and then hold the
programming button depressed during three
green flashes of the indicator diode, i.e. for 3
seconds. Then release the programming
button. The indicator diode should now
shine with a continuous red light. If the pro-
gramming is done at 8 a.m. on a Monday
morning, the temperature in the room will be
reduced by 5°C for the next 7 hours and
return to the normal level at 3 p.m. This pro-
gramme will be repeated for 5 days, i.e. Mon-
day to Friday, the normal temperature being
maintained all day on Saturday and Sunday.
When the thermostat is operating at the nor-
mal temperature, the indicator diode will not
shine.

programme 2, 7 days / 7 hours.
Turn the main switch off, i.e. the temperature
setting knob must be in protruding position.
Push the knob in again and then hold the
programming button depressed during six
green flashes of the indicator diode, i.e. for 6
seconds. Then release the programming
button. The indicator diode should now
shine with a continuous red light. If the pro-
gramming is done at 8 a.m. on a Monday
morning, the temperature in the room will be
reduced by 5°C for the next 7 hours and
return to the normal level at 3 p.m. This pro-
gramme will be repeated every day, i.e. 7
days a week. When the thermostat is opera-
ting at the normal temperature, the indicator
diode will not shine.
Erasing the economy programme.
Turn the main switch off, i.e. the temperature
setting knob must be in protruding position.
Push the knob in again and then hold the
programming button depressed for at least 6
seconds. The indicator diode will then flash
with a green light during the remaining 4
seconds, after which it will stop shining. The
programme is now erased.
Monitoring of the termpature
sensors, fault location.
In the event of damage or malfunction of one
of the temperature sensors, the temperature
control cuts out and a warning is given via
the indicator diode, rapid red flashes if it is
the floor sensor that malfunctions and slow
red flashes if it is the room sensor. The floor
temperature / resistance values are as fol-
lows and may be checked with an ohmmeter:

The floor sensor may be replaced by a new
one. In the event of malfunction of the air
sensor the entire thermostat must be
replaced.

T2DuoTemp

T2DuoTemp
hat folgende Eigenschaften
und Funktionen:

Regelung durch 2 sich gegenseitig beein-
flussenden Temperatursensoren (Boden-
und Umgebungstemperatursensor). Der
Bodensensor begrenzt die Bodentempera-
tur. Der Umgebungstemperatursensor
(Abb. 4B) erfasst die Raumtemperatur
unter Einwirkung von Sonnenenergie,
Körperwärme, Beleuchtung usw. T2Duo-
Temp
kann auch so eingestellt werden,
dass nur der Bodensensor oder nur der
Umgebungstemperatursensor aktiv ist.

2 verschiedene Energiesparprogramme für
hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit sind wählbar.
Programm 1: Absenkung der Raumtemp-
eratur (Sollwert) um 5 °C
für 5 aufeinanderfolgende
Tage wärend 7 Stunden
täglich und 2 Tage normale
Raumtemperatur (Sollwert),
anschließend wieder Absen-
kung usw. (Programm be-
ginnt von vorne)
Programm 2: Absenkung der Raumtemp-
eratur (Sollwert) um 5 °C für
7 Stunden täglich

Lüftungsschutzfunktion – fällt die Raum-
temperatur um mehr als 3 °C je Minute
ab, so wird die Bodenheizung für 15
Minuten abgeschaltet. Nach Ablauf dieser
Zeit wird die Bodenheizung wieder einge-
schaltet und geregelt, vorausgestzt die
Raumtemperatur liegt unter dem ein-
gestellten Sollwert.

Überwachung des Boden- und Umge-
bungstemperatursensors, im Falle einer
Fehlfunktion eines aktiven Sensors schal-
tet die Regelung die Bodenheizung ab.

Einbau
T2DuoTemp
ist für den festen Einbau in

Der Einbauort sollte ca. 1,5 m über dem
Boden, an einer Stelle die gegen direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung und Zugluft geschützt
ist, gewählt werden. Alle Leerrohre am
Thermostatgehäuse, in denen sich
Heizbandanschlusskabel oder
Bodensensorkabel befinden, sollten abge-
dichtet werden, um Zugluft im Thermostat
