FUNCTION NUMBERS.
1 = Scan Time (the time between each channels/unit display in scan
mode)
2 = Scan Yes or No (whether the unit is to scan automatically or not).
3 = Select TD-196 Units (which TD-196 units are allowed to display).
4 = Select TD-196 Channels (which TD-196 units channels are
allowed
to display).
5 = Display Intensity (varies the brightness of the display).
6 = Baud Rate (sets the baud rate, stop bits = 1 and no parity).

1. SCAN TIME
Sets the time between channel scan from 1 to 50.
i.e.. 50 = 10 sec, 25 = 5, 1 = 1/4 sec approx.
