TWAC Installation Manual  Ver: 0118 CodeMark™  CMA-CM40036 

 

The ends of the metal Connelly key joint will finish approx. 50 mm from the rebait of the 
boxing. The barrier and the plastic Tee section is to be extended up to the horizontal face 
of the boxing. Fold and flare the ProtectAnt barrier so as to allow the barrier to fold down 
into the rebait. 

 

 

 
 

 

The Finish will have the barrier encapsulated in the slab and the rebait or the slab edge 
face. Therefore as or when the control joint cracks termites can not get past the 
ProtectAnt barrier. Control joint protection can be applied to the top of the slab provided
