AS90L10208 Die Pad-to-Ball Trace Length Information

Table 44

 shows the pad-to-ball trace length inside the AS90L10208 package, in both 

millimeters and inches, for the HyperTransport differential signals.  For convenience, the 
pad-to-ball propagation delay is also included.  The propagation delay for each signal is 10 
ps/mm.
