10.3 Epec monitor location in the cabin
Ask your tractor's seller for a recommendation for attaching the monitor. Usually all tractor models
have a place for a monitor on the driver's right side or on the front right.
Note!
Do not drill holes into the tractor cabin structures yourself: you might damage the tractor's
electric wiring or the heater's hoses.
The monitor must be attached firmly so that it cannot sway and vibrate. The device comes with a
backing plate and an attachment fixture which are useful when attaching the device. If you are
unsure, ask your tractor's repair shop for help.

10.4 Starting the system
First check that the data transfer cable between the machine and the tractor is carefully connected
and secured. The connector and the plug can only be connected in one position, pressing them
lightly together. Connection is secured by turning the locking part about ¼ turns.
When the 3-pin plug is connected to the tractor, voltage is switched on. After a few seconds the start
menu is opened, picture 34.
