Adjusting the cultivator's working depth
The cultivator's working depth is adjusted by restricting the stroke of the cylinder which controls the
cultivator's height. This is done by adding or removing aluminum adjusting pieces around the cylinder
rod, pictures 17 and 18.
The cultivating depth can be adjusted from the field surface to the maximum depth of 9cm. There is
a total of 13 adjusting pieces. This means that one adjusting piece is less that one centimeter in the
working depth. If all adjusting pieces are on the cylinder rod, they have the minimum working depth.
Similarly, if all adjusting pieces are removed, the cultivating is done to the maximum depth. Additional
adjusting pieces can be kept attached to the drive unit rail, for example, picture 19.
