- Check the oil level of the drive regularly.
• Keep the CENTERLINER spreader in a horizontal
position.
• The oil level of the gearboxes underneath the spinner
discs can be checked after removing the breather
(fig. 25). The correct level is exactly up to the brim of the
opening.
• Checking of the central gearbox can be done after
removing the change gear cover. The correct oil level is
exactly between the arrow and the brim of the change
gearbox (fig. 26).
If necessary, fill up with ESSO GP 80 W 90 or with another
brand of oil meeting the specification: SAE 80 W 90 / API
GL-4.
The oil should be changed every two years; if the
CENTERLINER is used intensively, every year.
(Oil contents of central gearbox: 0,4 l, side gearboxes:
2 x 0,1 l).
- Check the machine’s lighting for proper functioning.
