ASSEMBLY / SET-UP

Screw the spindle onto the ground plate
using a screwdriver or a coin.

Screw the cheese holder onto the spindle
and turn downward clockwise.

CLEANING

Only clean with a damp cloth. Rub the machine dry after cleaning.
Never submerge the metal parts in water. Lubricate the black metallic
parts occasionally with cooking oil.
